My clients are first-time home buyers, and were very nervous at the beginning of this process because they heard how competitive the real estate market has been.

So happy for my clients in being able to successfully close on the sale of their home, and move on to their new ventures!

Yet again, this transaction took a lot of strategic planning! We were supposed to list back in January, but after a long discussion, we decided to delay our on-market date and make some updates to the property.

Our plan was not to go all out on updating the property, but instead, make minimal updates to parts of the home that would help give the face-lift that we needed.

With the delay from making the updates, my clients were able to walk away with just a little over 100k more than what they were expecting back in January! 😳
