Our highly trained staff will focus on fundamentals, while developing skills and

having fun. Team

Skills development in a group setting that will equate to overall improvement for

team play. All camps will have a character development theme, with highlighted

traits that can be used on and off the court. TEAMS: USA HOOPS ELITE

Mini-stars: 3-5

Superstars: 5-7

All-Stars: 8-10

Ultra: 11-13

Fresh 5: 13-17

Travel Elite: All ages according to team level of play

Teams are formed in accordance to the AAU age guidelines regardless of grade

depending on certain tournament requirements. All teams are formed according to

the numbers of kids in each age group. Certain age groups can have multiple teams

Tournament & Leagues:

Club teams will play locally in surrounding leagues, and tournaments

generally within a 30 miles radius of the practice facility. Select teams will have the option of playing in more competitive

tournaments with the goal to play in at least 2 regional and 1 National

tournament per year. Elite teams are formed over time with the very best players from the region,

to compete at a National level



SKILL DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

Team Clinics & Training:

All consultation sessions will first evaluate the team’s skill level, and then

work alongside the coach’s goals to help the group implement a specific

scheme, press, trap or play design. Pre-season: These trainings are designed as a season prep “tune-up session”

In-season training: Scheme enhancement for slumping teams, or teams

looking for an added edge. Post-season: Implementation of a strategy with elite scrimmage drills. Scout team film breakdown, team goal mapping w/ white board session. Group Training: Individual drills in a group setting, will focus on groups of 3 or

more. The training will consist of group interval training in 5-8 minute intervals,

lasting one hour. Dual Training: Sessions will consist of 2 players, with similar skills. One-on-One Training: Specialized training session, with the focus on spending the

necessary time in repairing, enhancing or changing a particular part of a players

game. The sessions are designed to push the athlete to physically and mentally

improve while battling pressure and fatigue. All trainings will generally go through a rigorous hour of dribbling, cone-work, foot

work, shooting mechanics, pull-ups, attacks, perimeter work, post work, change of

speed, situational game IQ, ball pressure, close-outs, shell-drills, help side, boxing

out, basketball agility, back-cuts, front cuts, leadership and team concepts. COACHES:

Our coaches are certified, experienced, trained, vetted, selected, and constantly

learning to add the highest value to each player and family’s experience. Every

coach is committed to being professional, respectful and always striving to meet

each player’s needs on the court. TRAINING FACILITIES:
