Our Story

Agent Kasie Posey isn’t afraid to be in the driver’s seat, guiding her buyers and sellers with her single-minded focus and determination. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, this is your first time around, or you’ve closed many deals, you’re in for a rewarding experience with Kasie. A California native, Kasie has been a Contra Costa resident since she was barely out of nursery school and has been exposed to real estate for at least as long. Her parents owned a commercial construction company, and she gained firsthand experience in helping them expand it into the successful, nationally known business it is today. Although Kasie studied real estate in college, she initially embarked on an athletic career, professionally racing motorcycles for several years. Her unique background has taught her an array of skills and life lessons, all of which play a role in how she manages her thriving real estate career today. From her involvement with her parents’ business, interacting with fans and sponsors on the motorcycle circuit, and learning real estate from the inside out from Gina Piper, Kasie defines what it means to be a true professional and has built her business around trust, commitment, transparency, drive, and relentlessness. She knows how to make every transaction an enjoyable one, and her clients love that she creates a genuine rapport with them. Kasie has also been a part of her father-in-law’s residential construction company for many years, which has taught her a lot about the residential side of real estate and given her access to a generous number of resources for her clients’ convenience. A mom to two young children, Kasie is always on the move and loves every minute of it. Not surprisingly, she enjoys any outdoor activity, including dirt bike riding. Even Kasie’s community work isn’t restricted to one place, as it’s taken her all over Northern California, including Sacramento, Stockton, and the Tri-Valley.
