Julie Hansen-Orvis is the Team leader of Hansen Partners at Sereno. She began selling homes at the age of 18 after working with her Mother who was a Realtor. Over the last 33 years Julie has been succesful in many areas of Real Estate. She has been a top producing Realtor in residential home sales as both a listing and selling Agent. An award winning new home sales agent & manager. She started her

own sales, marketing & development services company. Her experience is very broad in the Real Estate industry. She now has developed a very "client centric" system that is unique and in her own signature style. She describes it like this, "It is our systematic approach to running our business that makes our transactions run smoothly. This ensures our clients will get same great experience each time. This keeps them wanting to return each time they buy or sell a home." In addition to that, Julie still has the same drive and determination that she had when she began as a teen agent. But, now experience great negotiation skills that comes only from decades of successful sales. Brett Hansen has spent many years shadowing Julie. As a result of his training and his application of data analysis to the real estate market, he has developed a deep understanding of the business. He has had his license for nearly six years, though he’s been surrounded by real estate all his life. Not only does he work on making mathematical models of the market, but he can code programs to crunch the numbers for him. He has his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and often creates data sheets and graphs to evaluate how the real estate market changes over time. With his skills in numbers and data analysis, Brett will give you a complete picture of how the home sales in a particular area are trending.
