She’s HOME. 🤍

This is Anna.
Anna and I have been friends for a few years now, and in those few years, we have created a friendship unlike many these days.

We have vacationed together.
We have laughed together.
We have cried together.
We have shared huge pieces of our lives with one another.
We have pivoted and grown with each other in our corners.

You see, Anna is the kind of friend every girl wishes they had.
She is supportive. She is kind. She is altruistic.

Earlier this month, I was lucky enough to be a part of Anna’s next chapter.

This experience was one of heartfelt moments, real conversations, and true happiness.

Anna, I am so proud of you and so, so, excited for you and all that is ahead.

Closing day is so fun until you realize the daily showings, check-ins, and long conversations are over.

But then, you remember how lucky you are that your paths ever crossed. You remember how lucky you are to be the one handing over the keys to their next chapter.

I met two of my favorite clients, Ryan & Kylee, at an open house earlier this year. They were new to the process and looking for their first home, one that would welcome & grow their family. We talked about what they wanted & discussed the possibilities.

We spent time touring some really great houses. We offered on a few and skipped on others, all on the path to finding the right fit.

Finally, the boxes were checked, they saw the potential, we made the offer — they got it!

Ryan & Kylee wrote me the sweetest card & even thought to grab me a bottle of white — how kind?! Realtors don’t usual get the goodies — we gift them, so this was so special! 🥹

Clients turned to friends — that’s the real story, and what a great one it is.

Real estate isn't always putting a sign in the yard and having multiple offers by the weekend. 📃

Sometimes it's about listening to the market, making strategic adjustments, staying patient, and trusting the process.

After a few weeks of hard work, this home is one step closer to welcoming its new owners.

Sometimes in real estate, deals just hit a little different — this was one of those.

I’d like to take a moment to congratulate my wonderful sellers on this closed adventure. This home carried you through many years and stages of life, and now, allowed you to move on to a new chapter.
