I joined the free live stream of Ramsey Real Estate Reality Check last night.

Based on facts and graphs, Dave Ramsey explained why there will be NO CRASH on house price in America although economy is slowing down. He said it’s still a good time to buy or sell as market’s cooling down now. You don’t have to wave inspection or buy a house without visiting the house. “That’s an opportunity,” Ramsey pointed out. I heard similar messages from other real estate experts. They say, “A lot of fear and confusion on the real estate are created some news focused on the feelings not on the facts!”

Open House today. I welcomed people at this property for sale located in 1975 Audubon Dr, Dresher PA 19025. Many stopped by to explore their wants and needs in a home. I bet open house experience help (potential) buyers to figure out how they factor into deciding on “the one.”
