Just sold! 🏡

This one was extra special. My client was referred to me by his sister, who I helped her and her husband find a home exactly one year ago! Now they’re both officially Monroe County residents. 😊

Our search moved pretty quickly. My client immediately knew this was the one. After going to the open house, he called me right away and said, “Let’s put an offer in.”

We knew we had to be competitive, so we went in strong with a short inspection period and an appraisal guarantee. After reviewing the comps, I was able to give him a solid idea of where the home would likely appraise, and thankfully he only had to use a small portion of that guarantee. We also beat out an offer that was waiving inspection!!

This home checked every box for him
✔️vintage charm
✔️a huge garage with extra workspace for his cars
✔️an electrical shed added to the property

I’m so happy for my client and grateful I got to work with this amazing family again. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments a realtor can receive, and being able to help multiple members of the same family is something really special. ❤️

Derby watch party at the 🐎

Ran into an old coworker (now running the hotel!) who runs the hotel & got last minute invites. The rooftop had the most stunning views of the city. Maker’s Mark had the whole experience dialed—custom stitched scarves, whiskey samples, aerial performances, photo ops, and even the most beautiful white horses greeting us at the entrance 🤍

It was so fun meeting people who make this a yearly tradition, even if it’s only a 20 second race. We’ve been wanting to check out this rooftop, so this was the perfect excuse.

Two inspiring events, one powerful reminder: growth happens when you keep showing up. ✨

This week, I had the opportunity to attend Level Up hosted by .realestate! Heading from incredible speakers who spoke on the importance of consistency, authenticity, and trusting the process. Success doesn’t happen overnight, t’s built through daily effort, persistence, and a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.

I also spent time at monthly workshop connecting with amazing local entrepreneurs. There’s something so empowering about being surrounded by ambitious, supportive women who are all working toward their goals.

A year ago, my buyer had plans in motion—but sometimes life hits pause. The important part? We stayed the course and kept in touch.

Not only did my buyer secure his new home, but we also negotiated 2% in concessions. Also thanks to the MSHDA program, my buyer walked into closing with $0 out of pocket. Even better? He received credits from the seller at closing! 👏 Who you work with MATTERS!
