After more than 25 years in real estate, one thing I’ve learned is that what looks best at first glance isn’t always what turns out to be best in the end.

For sellers, the highest offer isn’t necessarily the strongest offer.

For buyers, the house you fall in love with isn’t necessarily the house you should buy.

There’s so much more to consider than the number on the page.

Financing. Inspections. Appraisal. Contingencies. Resale value. Timing. And most importantly — what makes sense for YOU.

My job isn’t just to help you get an offer accepted or get your house under contract. It’s to look at the entire picture, point out the things you may not have thought about, and sometimes ask the questions nobody else is asking.

And yes… sometimes the best advice I can give a client is to walk away.

Getting to the closing table is important. Making sure you’re still happy with the decision when you get there is even more important. 💙
