Shari has achieved "The International Diamond Award for her sales production 2014, 2015,2016, 2018 & 2019 placing her in the top 11% of the 87,000 sales associates in the Coldwell Banker In System. Shari has donated her time and expertise to the Realtor Association. She was the 2000 President of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She is the recipient of many honors including the 1996 Realtor of the Year for both the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. She has also been awarded the NAR Omega Tau Rho Award and was honored by The Banker and Tradesman in 1999 as one of "The 25 People In Real Estate". She also has chaired many committees for and served on the Board of Directors for Greater Boston, Massachusetts and the National Associations of Realtors. She was also a founding Director of the MLS Property Information Network.
