✨ WOW… WHAT A JOURNEY! ✨
Talk about manifesting what you want in LIFE! 🏡💫
It all started on a Wednesday when Linda & Ronnie told me they were thinking about making a move.
By Friday, I was already making calls! There weren’t any units like the one they wanted currently on the market, so I called my wonderful friends Tanya & Jeremy and asked if I could bring Linda & Ronnie over to see their stunning home—just so they could experience the layout, the setting and, of course, THAT VIEW.
Well… they absolutely FELL IN LOVE! ❤️
And then, as if we had ordered it up ourselves… just ONE WEEK LATER, a similar unit with an incredible ocean view HIT THE MARKET!
Ocean-view properties are always in high demand, so we knew it was going to be competitive. We put together our strategy, submitted a strong offer and then came the call I couldn’t wait to make:
“Linda & Ronnie… YOU GOT IT!!!” 🎉🥂
Celebration over—now the REAL work began!
“Mary, we need to get our house listed and SOLD ASAP!”
OK… I’M ON IT! 💪
In record time, I scheduled professional photography and drone shots, ordered beautiful glossy brochures, planned the marketing campaign, bought several bottles of champagne and plenty of strawberries 🍓🥂 and hosted our first Open House on July 3rd at their gorgeous home in Priscilla Beach—one of Plymouth’s most sought-after coastal neighborhoods.
Meanwhile, Linda & Ronnie left for a family trip to Italy. 🇮🇹
And while they were away… we found THE PERFECT BUYER AND THE PERFECT OFFER! ❤️🏡
Imagine coming home from Italy to THAT news!
What a whirlwind. From a conversation on a Wednesday… to finding their dream home… winning a competitive bid… preparing and marketing their home… and finding the right buyer.
Sometimes things really do feel like they were simply MEANT TO BE.
I’m a huge believer in the power of intention—but I also believe you have to back those intentions up with a whole lot of ACTION, STRATEGY and HARD WORK!
Linda & Ronnie knew what they wanted, trusted the process and went for it.
And WOW… did it all come together! ✨🥂🏡
