Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of this stunning home in Plymouth, MA
This was one of those transactions that reminds you how good real estate can be when everyone involved approaches it with honesty, fairness, kindness, and professionalism.
My clients negotiated thoughtfully and fairly, and the sellers were equally gracious and kind. There was a genuine spirit of cooperation throughout the process, and that makes all the difference. It was truly a pleasure to work with everyone involved.
And I have to give a special shout-out to the listing agent, who is a bit of a legend in this business. She’s taken her foot off the gas a little in recent years and mostly helps out friends, but you can tell pretty quickly that this woman was a force! She handled new laws, new technology, and all the changes in our business like a pro, and was always responsive, gracious, and a pleasure to work with. Some people just know how to do this business — and she absolutely does.
And then there’s Attorney Susan Mahony, who has a way of making the closing process feel organized, manageable, and — dare I say — almost easy! 😂 I’m always happy when I know Susan is involved in a transaction because I know my clients are in good hands.
A big thank you as well to the sellers’ attorney, who worked so efficiently behind the scenes you almost forget she was there!
