In today’s real estate market, the trend is toward massive, huge teams. I get asked all the time: “With over $23 million in business in a single year, how do you manage it all on your own without a big team?”🤔

To my fellow Realtors, my most awesome home prep/staging partner retired🥲 She was the best. She would stop by a home that was furnished and come back with pillows, throws, wall art and other small items for the most part to make a home look pretty. for between $250-500 usually. (I hired another for large staging jobs).
Do any of you have someone like this who will help "finish" a home in an affordable price point?
