Hi, my name is Wendy! I am a wife, mom and a Realtor. Being a mom and doing real estate can be very busy and challenging but, I love every minute of it.

Since getting married in 2009, my husband and I have added 2 young boys (9&12) and many dogs (over the years) to the family! I have been helping people move into the homes of their dreams since 2005 (19 years now!). Even going from the height of the market and through the housing crash, never stopped me from selling homes! In fact, I have thrived through the toughest of times. That dedication and

hard work pays off for my clients time and time again. I absolutely love my job. It's a big part of who I am! The relationships I build with my clients in order to make their goals possible often turns into friendships. I am a consumer advocate and I believe in putting in the time it takes to teach first time home buyers all the steps involved in buying their first home. My first-time buyers just CLOSED on their home in Holly Village!!

And get this… they’re both only 19 and already making big moves for their family ❤️ (with their sweet almost 2-year-old along for the ride!). They have some good goals lined up!

They made it happen by taking advantage of some awesome programs here in Michigan, MSHDA + the LAUNCH program! Which helped with down payment and closing costs and made homeownership actually doable. Thanks to my awesome lender on this one to work behind the scenes making it all happen!

Seriously so proud of them. Buying a home at 19 with a toddler?? That’s huge.

Great day for a well/septic inspection in Brighton! This inspector was so so thorough with his stuff!!! Explained it soooo well to my 1st time buyer! Even took video to send to her boyfriend to hear about the entire process!!

And Austin came and saw the lighting in the Basement and said ‘mom those are CBOYSTV lights!’ IYKYK
