Throughout the third quarter, our teams found meaningful ways to enrich communities — benefiting the people, environment, and pets in our neighborhoods.

Through donation drives and volunteer efforts, our teams made an impact in the communities we serve:

— Supported The Bond Between through a pet supply donation drive in Minnesota, collecting 10 bags of food, 19 bags of treats, 60 cans of food, 3 sets of bowls, 6 litter boxes, 10 leashes, 2 cat carriers, and 12 medications to help rescue animals and the families who care for them.
— Donated 504 bottles of water through a water drive in Arizona, helping the Phoenix Rescue Mission meet an important community need during one of the hottest times of the year.
— Volunteered with Shoal Creek Conservancy in Texas, helping remove more than 500 pounds of litter from the creek and nearby trails to support a cleaner, healthier shared space for the Austin community.

Thank you to our teams for continuing to put our mission into motion and to the community partners who help make these efforts possible.

Roers Companies recently hosted two investor appreciation boat cruises on Lake Minnetonka, welcoming a combined 174 investor partners for an evening of connection, conversation, and appreciation.

These annual events provide an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, strengthen relationships, and thank our investors for the trust they continue to place in us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the water and to our entire investor community for your continued partnership and support. We look forward to building on our shared success and creating new opportunities together.

Doors are open to our largest community yet! 🔑

Wixby House is now welcoming residents in Austin, Texas, bringing 371 new market-rate apartments to the area. With alcove, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, Wixby House offers plenty of ways to make yourself at home. Residents can enjoy a clubroom, fitness center, outdoor pool and courtyard, golf simulator, game room, co-working space, outdoor grills, and more.

A community of this size takes a lot of people working together to bring it to life. Congratulations to our development, construction (Roers General Contracting), and property management teams, as well as our partners who helped make Wixby House a reality.

CCX Media recently stopped by the 75-acre redevelopment of the former Prudential office campus in Plymouth, Minn. to see how the neighborhood is taking shape and hear from its co-developers, including Roers Companies Senior Development Associate Julia Tollefson.

There's plenty to see! Belterra is now leasing as the first of four apartment communities planned for the site, construction is underway on The Melrose, and new healthcare and retail spaces are in the works.

Opportunities to bring this many pieces together on one site don't come along often. We're excited to help create a walkable suburban neighborhood where residents will have so much right outside their doors.

Recently, members of our team hit the golf course for Golf4Goals in support of The Sanneh Foundation. Roers Cos. was proud to be a sponsor of the event, which helps fund programs that provide young people with education, mentorship, health and wellness resources, and opportunities to grow.

A great resident experience starts well before move-in day.

Recently, Roers Companies' property teams came together for regional training sessions focused on the full leasing journey. That journey starts with the first conversation and continues through the tour, answering questions, following up, and helping someone find the right place to call home.

Our teams spent time sharpening their skills and building greater consistency in how we introduce prospective residents to our communities.
