My daily activities include the following items:
· Manage, facilitate and negotiations all aspects of the real estate process in order to close the transaction and exceed my customers expectations.
· Advertise client properties on websites such as MLS, Google, Realtor.com Century21.com, Trulia, Zillow, Homefinder, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Homes.com, Craigslist and many other social media sites.
· Show properties to potential buyers through scheduled appointments.
· Generate listings for sale through my referral network.
· Continually stay up-to-date on mortgage rates and related real estate news and trends.
· Market and sell property for clients by hosting open houses and advertising online and in print.
· Communicate and Follow up with both prospective buyers and sellers in order to properly address their specific needs and requirements.
· Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure positive experiences for both parties.
· Continuously monitor the MLS database to find properties for clients.
· Oversee the advertising of my properties for all of the social media and print advertising
· Create and implemented marketing plans to drive sales.
· Create a youtube video and a unique web site for all of my client listings, in order to provide potential buyers with additional exposure to these properties.
· Maintained connections with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
