Just before Christmas, I met the most wonderful couple who were ready to start their next chapter. Their dream was simple but special: find a forever home with land, a place to grow and make memories. We began the search with hope and excitement—and about two months in, they shared some beautiful news… they were expecting another bundle of joy!

Through the ups and downs of showings and offers, they stayed patient, faithful, and focused. And then it happened—we found the one. A home that checked all the boxes and felt like the place their future would unfold.
