Happy closing day to me! 😂 Today is bittersweet but mostly sweet... I said goodbye to the place where I remodeled not just the interior, but also my life. It was the perfect place for Zooey 🐾 + I. We absolutely loved living here. Then, life changed again, I moved out + it became a rental property, which was an interesting chapter for me 😆 I learned that I don't love being a landlord. So when the time came to sell, I hoped that I'd find a buyer who appreciated all of the updates + would be a great fit for our little "neighborhood." With a little help from St. Joseph, I'm very grateful to say that we found both in the next owner! She also loves dogs + gardening, so she is going to be BFFs with my neighbor. Excited for her to start her next chapter here. 💗 Funny enough, St. Joe was working overtime... I ended up receiving two full price offers after I buried the statue!

Officially under contact! 🥳 Last weekend, after 2 weeks on market, I decided it was time to call in some help from a higher power to find the right buyer. Into my garden bed went a St. Joseph statue. The following day, 2 more showings were booked. By yesterday evening, I had received 2 great offers! Remarkable 🙌🏻 both buyers really wanted it make it their home. I'm so grateful that everything came together at the right time. 💗 This is definitely an example of trusting the process.

Happy Closing Day to my sellers! In a complete whirlwind, they moved out of state, put their house on the market, accepted an offer, + closed... All within 3 weeks 🥳 We received 2 offers after just 3 days on market and sold for $10K over asking CASH! It was a seamless transaction, albeit a fast one, and today the new owners wasted no time moving in, so that they can get settled before school begins 🔑 Love it when things work out so beautifully! Grateful for Mykal Moore who connected us + helped guide our sweet clients into their new home several states away. Congratulations to all!

Closing day Friday is the best kind of Friday! It was a bittersweet day for my sellers, who lived here for 17 years and made countless memories with their family under this roof... Today, they passed the keys to the new owners. After just 2 days on market, we accepted an offer over asking price and after just 2 weeks, we're SOLD! 💥 A lot of hard work went into making this a seamless sale. My sellers spent many days prepping for the sale, buyer's agent + lender were on top of everything, + both title companies expedited the documents so we could close early, so that the buyers didn't end up homeless. Truly a team effort, congratulations to all on a job well done! 👏🏻

We did it! After 3 years of searching, we finally closed on our very own lake house 😍 she's tiny but so perfect in her own little up-north way. I'm looking forward to kayaking on the lake + Chris is ready to show the fish who's boss 🎣 Lola is just happy this place has central air. We're excited to share it with you... Airbnb coming soon!
