Congratulations to my clients on becoming homeowners today! Sometimes it truly feels like a house is waiting for us... And this one was meant to be 💖 After experiencing some brutal bidding wars on other properties we looked at, we thought this one would be totally out of the cards. Lo and behold, after some negotiations, our offer was accepted at asking price! We beat out another offer because we simply had better terms 🥳 love it when I can help my clients win without having to escalate into an all-out war. Congratulations to my clients who got their offer accepted on their first home! CONGRATS to my clients on selling their first home! 🥳 After just 30 hours on market, we accepted a cash offer 💥 yesterday we officially closed at $30,000 over asking! When I list a property, I always say, we want a buyer who doesn't just love it... They HAVE to have it! That's exactly who the next owners are: a family that moved from just around the corner so that their son will be in Birmingham schools. They fell in love and knew it was "the one," just like my sellers did 6 years ago, when I helped them purchase. I'm so grateful to be a part of this full-circle moment + it makes it even sweeter knowing another family will be moving into the home where they began their story. It was a bittersweet day saying goodbye - not just to their home, but to Metro-Detroit, as they begin their new chapter in Chicago. 🥲 I'm so sad to see these incredible friends leave, but equally as excited for their next chapter ❤️
