Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their dream Mid Century Modern home! Multiple offers but with our strategy we beat others out and not only got it at asking price but concessions as well.

She’s grown up admiring architecture similar to this. Her father built an A-Frame in Northern Michigan when she was a child and has fallen in love ever since.

Her dreams have officially become a reality as the new homeowner of this dream home!

Everyone has a different story, these guys have worked so hard for so long. They knew this was their dream one day and so they uprooted their lives from Ypsilanti area to make a whole new change moving 2 hours away. I couldn’t be happier for them!

Congratulations to our amazing buyers!

“Family over everything” is one of our core values and the family I was able to help on this transaction embodies this to the core. Her and her husband have been on the hunt to find the right property to move her mother from out of state to Michigan so that she would be close by.

Although it wasn’t easy as this one had multiple offers and lots of competition, we submitted an original offer, stayed in contact with the agent to ensure we did our due diligence, got some updated info and restructured a stronger offer to ensure we put our best foot forward and ensured the pricing made sense to the overall area….turns out, it did and we did beat I want to say 8 or 10 offers out!

Clients were relocating from Texas. They were set on purchasing a home, we did the intro call, buyers consultation, pre approved and actively searching and looking at homes that fit what they were looking for.

BUT THEN life happened and some unexpected personal things set our clients back so we decided to hold off on the home search and find a temporary place to rent. When things course corrected for them, we began our home search again and after about 2 years of working together the time was right and we found them their new home in Michigan.

I was happy to help them through the unexpected and take this journey with them

Congratulations to my buyer for closing on her DREAM home!

This buyer had been previously looking for the perfect home over the past 3 years. She had very limited pockets that would make sense for her based on where her daughter and grandson lived, not to mention that she needed a home without an HOA so she could fence her yard for her dogs. She was seeing and babysitting her grandson by driving almost an hour everyday to help her daughter and babysit. Now she can do the thing she loves most within 10 minutes!

I’ve worked with the listing agent in the past which was helpful because he knew how streamlined the process would be working with me again. With our strategic offer and how it was presented as a win win for both buyer and seller allowed us to secure this deal over multiple offers WITHOUT being the highest on price or guarantee

I was in Costa Rica for a wedding when my past client reached out to me in a hurry to get into this home. Luckily working with my team, one of my colleagues were able to help get them in and I was able to negotiate the deal and have proper conversations with the listing agent to land my clients the home over 3 others

Another out of state buyer brought back home to The Great Lakes State!

Jessica and Patrick were a referral client. They are the 3rd couple in a group of friends that I’ve been able to help bring back to the mitten in the past year!

Congrats to our buyers on their new home in South Lyon! Making a move from out of state is not easy. You really have to work hard to build your clients trust as you are 1000% the eyes that are taking them through a home and pointing out all the details (good or bad), the perspectives of each room and size so they can get a full picture and understanding.
