Plymouth Market Update | April 2026
Inventory remains one of the defining factors shaping today’s market. As of this month, there are just 84 single-family homes available in Plymouth—significantly lower than the 213 homes on the market in April 2019, prior to the pandemic. Despite gradual shifts over the past few years, we have not yet returned to those pre-pandemic inventory levels.
With fewer than 100 homes available in a town as expansive and desirable as Plymouth, demand continues to outpace supply—creating meaningful opportunities for sellers and a competitive landscape for buyers.
