Compass Management Group was proud to be part of a special recognition at the recent CAI-MN Law Seminar, where our COO, Alyson Astleford, PCAM, had the opportunity to present Representative Andrew Myers with a CAI-MN Heroes of Association Award.
Representative Myers was recognized for his work on alternative legislation related to SF 1750 and, importantly, for his willingness to listen to and speak up about the concerns raised by Minnesota’s community association industry throughout the legislative process.
Strong public policy starts with open dialogue and a willingness to hear from those directly impacted. We appreciate Representative Myers’ engagement with community association professionals, volunteer board members, and homeowners as significant changes to Minnesota’s HOA laws were considered.
