It’s been longer than I’d like to admit since we’ve worked on our Craftsman Anne over here 🙈

Part of this is because scheduling our electrical inspection has been less than smooth, but mostly because honing in on my full time job this last year really paid off 🥳 Shoutout to everyone that has trusted me to help them in their real estate endeavors in 2025 🫶🏼 Out of the last 6 years in this industry, this last one has hands down been my favorite because I was somehow blessed with some of the best clients in a singular 12 month time frame 🥹 Thank you thank you thank you’ve ever recommended me, shared my name, or worked with me - I’m hugely grateful for your support 😭❤️

For 2026, I’m committing to staying in that same growth path with my business AND getting our Craftsman to a livable state… especially when it means only getting in 30-45mins of progress in at a time, because something is better than nothing, right?!

Today’s achievement is getting this crack in the plaster stabilized, leaving only one more 12” crack to secure in this entire room 🥳 Hallelujah!

I think the 2026 theme needs to be something like “The year of small wins” yeah?
