Sometimes I like to gate-keep my favorite contractors because I want them all to myself but this one needs to be shouted from the mountaintops. Castillos Painting New Era finished our basement 4 years ago and I’ve had him do multiple projects since then.

Last week my buyers went to mow the grass at their soon to be new home (it was vacant as the sellers had already moved out) and they discovered this graffiti. 7 days before closing 😬

Our hero Jesus Castillo came to the rescue and redid it good as new (actually better) within one day. He is so amazing to work with and I can not recommend him enough. Please reach out to him if you need: drywall, texturing, painting, trim work, etc.

It’s been a whirlwind for me the last 7 days! My husband had a jiu jitsu match so we went to Boise over the weekend, my daughter had a party the day we came back and then turned 4 on Tuesday and we had our parents visit for a few days.

Meanwhile, I had 3 properties go under contract, 1 new listing, 2 closings and 3-4 new buyers reach out to me for showings. I just wanted to update and say how grateful I am for the business!!

Thank you for every referral 🫶🏻 and also please forgive me if I’ve been slow to respond - because it’s also May-tember and the kids have a school event every other day too. 😂 we’ve done 2 field trips, a school concert, a school party and projects galore. One day when I catch my breath I know these will be the good ole days so I wanted to pause now and recognize my blessings. I’m truly truly so grateful for my community 🤎
