At long last we've completed the first 15 apartments! It surely took a village to complete this project, and a revised strategy towards more focus on restoration, as the market and appreciation for this changed during the project.
The list of contractors that worked on the project is long. Here are some of them with greater involvement deserving credits: Booth Architecture PLLC, TKO Construction Services, West Tile Services, Heidi, Jeffrey and Dale, Kenny from Vintage Hardwood, Electric Construction & Sales, LLC., Mechanical solutions, Trail Creek Engineering, PLLC, Gate City Engineering Services, &E engineering inc, Jmc Plumbing, Partner Steel Co. and last but not least, the City of Pocatello/Building Department, Ireland Bank and Jef Viaene for the patience and support during the 3y project.
We're still doing finishing touches, these are some pictures of several of our completed apartments. Our next phase is 7 more apartments.
