Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending my buyer’s closing on a stunning and historical property in Bear Creek. The snow set the scene for the occasion, as if we were inside a snow globe itself. Every closing is exciting, but this one was super special for me. I feel I had the opportunity to transfer this iconic home, this piece of history for our area, into its intended purpose for the future. The Bischwind will now hold an extra special space in my heart, a wonderful reminder of how amazing this real estate career is, each time I drive by.
