🏡 CLOSED! 🎉
After a long search, a lot of patience, and more than a few hurdles, our client is officially a first time homeowner.

What started as a search for the right first home became a journey filled with twists, turns, and more than a few challenges. From navigating a complex FHA 203(k) loan to coordinating renovations and contractors, it took patience and perseverance every step of the way. In the end, all the hard work was worth it.
