What a week in beautiful Gallipolis, OH! ❄️✨
No ice or snow was going to stop these two amazing families from closing on their new homes.
First up was the cute-as-a-button home right in downtown Gallipolis. Working with listing agent, Angela Cremeens was such a joy — her seller’s family was truly the sweetest. You could feel the love in that home the moment you walked in, and I know my young first‑time buyers will create even more beautiful memories there as they raise their two boys.
The second closing took us out to a peaceful country road surrounded by rolling acreage. These buyers relocated across the country and are so excited to plant new roots here in Gallipolis. Huge thank‑you to Shelly Rizer, the listing agent — talk about teamwork. Some closings take a little extra coordination, and I truly appreciated her hard work every step of the way.
