What has happened to Jersey Shore rentals is really the result of a perfect storm of issues 15 years in the making, changing the NJ Shore product as we know it!

Sandy changed the housing stock,

COVID changed the demand,

the real estate boom changed the cost of ownership,

and technology changed how the market operates.

It’s not one single reason — it’s 15 years of changes that have completely transformed the vacation rental market.

The question is, do we see a correction or are these prices here to stay?
