Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have experience in general maintenance and enjoy problem-solving while providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Prepare apartment units for new residents
• Complete and prioritize work orders across a 168-unit property
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, restrooms, and amenities
• Handle snow/ice removal and general property upkeep
• Complete routine maintenance like filter changes and door battery replacements
• Assist with inspections and property compliance
• Participate in an on-call rotation (additional $140/week)

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of maintenance trades
• Organized and dependable
• Previous maintenance experience required
• HVAC or electrical certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday with occasional on-call evenings/weekends
