Our Syracuse, Ohio project is getting closer to completion!
We’re looking at 2-3 weeks to be on the market if all goes as planned.
To all of our interested buyers, we cannot stress this enough… Get Pre-Approved! It speeds the process up and makes you a solid buyer.
With multiple people interested and following this project, not being pre-approved could lose you the opportunity to claim this beautiful home & property.
I’ll absolutely show you this home, but we will not go under contract without a preapproval.
On the flip side of this coin, if you’re not on the list to see Olive when she’s finished, get on it if you have interest. There will always be people who aren’t preapproved and find out when they go to get pre approved something going to hold them back.

Your mortgage lender can help you with ways to increase your credit score if that’s an issue, so that you qualify for certain loan programs such as USDA, and FHA.
