I’m so happy for my first time home buyers receiving the keys to their home today. They had a dream of home ownership that started a year ago. They trusted me to guide them through the process and where able to purchase a totally remodeled home.
This journey was so rewording and it’s what I love as a Realtor. A big shout out to Patty Delgado who was able to gets this loan and close in less than two weeks. Needless to say the seller was very impressed.

Property listed on Saturday and our strong offer with a two week escrow accepted today!
I am so happy for my clients!! First time home buyers who missed out last year on the CALHAFA program. I told them to keep fighting for their DREAM. They saved enough money for a conventional loan and now they will be proud owners of this fully remodeled 4 bd home. Huge shout out to Patty Delgado my Clients loan officer who was able to work her magic and get this loan that I can close in two weeks. A Huge incentive to the seller.

In 2003 the gasoline price in California was 1.59 a gallon. IMAGINE if you could have frozen that price!
20 years from now you can say the same about electricity by going SOLAR.
YOU will pay about 40% less right now moving forward and in 5, 10,15, 20 years you will still pay todays pricing. Everyone going solar says it’s “a no brainer “. I know I did when I went Solar !
