Everyone is talking about Zillow no longer buying homes, Why? because they are losing approximately $24,000 per house they purchased in 2021 and 1 billion in losses over 3.5 years. The Zestimates didn't work for Zillow and won't work for you the seller.
That was predicted and obviously, " Zillow Can't smell the Cat"
