🎈🎉Congratulations to my clients who just got the keys to this beauty! Let me tell y’all this was nothing but the work of God🙏🏾. This house hunting journey began in the beginning of February and after looking at a number of homes I found this beauty, which sits on a 16,000 sq ft lot!
When we first made an offer on this house we got beat out. I was defeated but I kept my eye on it for a few weeks and noticed the house still sat with an “active” status. So I bugged the hell out of the listing agent nearly every week. He kept saying the home was under contract, but he forgot to change the status🙄. I was heart broken for my clients because this was that “LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT” home. We put a hold on things and decided we’d take a break from looking. I knew this meant they were crushed also.
Fast forward to March 6th when I was out of town for vacation and got an email asking if my clients were still interested. I was shocked! I said yes for them!! We wrote up the offer that Monday, which included them getting $4000 in closing cost...and they didn’t have to go over asking price!
I’m extremely happy for them and so grateful that they chose me to help them find their forever home❤️! I pray you create so many wonderful memories. Congrats!

So I did a thing! I sold my first mobile home and we closed on my birthday 4/17! 🥂 This was very personal to me because this home belonged to a really close friend of mine. We received an offer after being on the market for only 4 days! Yet it seemed like we were in Escrow forever. There we’re major repairs requested (which we did not agree to) and a bogus appraisal. But in the end we did what we had to to get this baby SOLD! Congratulations 🍾 🎈 to my FRIENDS and clients! Thank you for trusting and believing in me when I said I could sell it! 💕

How I’m kickin off my 2020! 🥂 Congratulations to my Seller! I can finally say that my Watercress listing has sold! When I say it took blood, sweat, and tears it really did😂. There we’re hiccups, surprises, and stressful conversations but in the end my faith, determination, and persistence was there to make sure my client got exactly what she needed! I have learned so much and I’m forever grateful. 🙏🏾

Could it be that we have become so accustomed to apartment living or is everyone a minimalist?

I personally love an open door plan, however, there is such a thing as too much space. In my dream home give me about 2500 square feet and I’m happy
