As I have been sharing over the past few weeks, home prices came down by an average of 7 percent toward the end of 2023, and have now leveled at that price for January and February.

This seems to indicate a stable but not dramatic/alarming shift in the market.

The number of homes on the market has been slowly increasing, with homes selling quicker than last month.

Homes are also selling for 7% below the asking price.

This seems to indicate that buyers are more eager to pull the trigger on a purchase, which is likely due to the recent drop in mortgage rates.

Both payroll and job figures have come in lower than expected over the last two days.
This seems to indicate that the economy is slowing which is what the Feds want to see before they would lower rates.

Interest rates have been reacting very positively and we are now seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.
