The concrete restoration project on the 3 building 100, 101 & 111 Briny Ave plus the parking garage and new exterior painting is moving along nicely.
The new lobby remodel @ 101 Briny and 3 new elevators install is moving forward. The new sprinkler system is in the final stages of inspection as well.
The Pompano Beach Club will look amazing in the near future!
Be kind and patient. We’re getting closer to the end zone. Everything will be alright in the end! Have a wonderful spring and summer.

its an attempt to contrcontrol the buibuilding with a vvery small number of people. These chsnges if it were to pass is inlonly tthe begginbeginning of the there ling ter goal of elimineliminating the renters and the investors

The question should be Just how much has these attempts cost us the HOA membership!
Whos behind this drive to contrcontrol the building ?
Is First Service Residential behind this?
How much has First service Residential been paud for these administrative & other costs and fees assoc with this attempted coup?
How much in legal fees has the attorney charged for all this work?
