I just toured a new community in Sunrise that is in its beginning phases, with approximately 900 villas, townhomes and single-family homes planned. Homes are expected to start in the $500s.

Getting information early can mean more choices in lots, floor plans and available builder incentives. Pricing and incentives can change as communities develop, so it is worth taking a look before assuming new construction is out of reach.

This builder also has financing options available, including special rates that may be locked through 2027.*

There are 50 townhomes planned in this community, with several different locations and options to choose from — and 5 are already sold.

And here's where having someone help you look at the WHOLE picture matters.
