Please be cautious when walking in the early mornings or late nights. A coyote has been spotted behind Rec 24. It may gave taken up residence there. If you have pets, please keep them close when walking them. Hopefully, this coyote will move on.

PACC 12 Spring Fling Update!

We just learned from a resident in Building 123 that last night (Saturday) someone attempted to break into a unit on the 4th floor from the catwalk side of the building. They broke a window and screen but luckily their dog barked and must have scared them away. This occurred between 3:00 - 3:30 AM.

Please warn your residents to be mindful if they are coming into the building and someone follows them to the lobby doors and says they live in the building to refuse to allow them to enter. Also the resident should immediately call 9-1-1 (Police) to report suspicious people in the PACC12 development so that deputies will be dispatched to our area.

Broward Security guards should also be more alert to watch for suspicious vehicles or people on foot around the property and to call 9-1-1 as well to ask that deputies be dispatched to the area to check for criminals that maybe attempting to break into either buildings, units or vehicles. Also please confirm that the guards are checking for locked doors on the side and rear entrances and at the lobbies of the high-rises.
