A 45 MILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT IN DANIA BEACH PARKS

The City of Dania Beach invites you to the Groundbreaking Ceremony of C.W. Thomas Park - Phase 1 of a 45 Million Dollar investment in Dania Beach Parks!

The City of Dania Beach Commission unanimously supported the $18.1 Million Bank Loan implementing Phase 1 of the Parks Master Plan – a significant and historic moment for Dania Beach.

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz will present a check to the City of Dania Beach for a $3 million Federal Grant secured for C.W. Thomas Park Redevelopment to rebuild a recreational, social, and civic community center.

The revitalization of CW Thomas Park, Chester Byrd Park, Frost Park and PJ Meli Aquatic Complex is a vital component of the Renaissance of Dania Beach. Investing $45 million dollars in city parks will bring a total transformation that will result in greater quality of life, reduction of crime and an overall enhancement of the city.
