▪️ Occupancy increased by +1.6% from 2023 to 67.7%.
▪️ The average daily rate increased by +2.3% over 2023, to $160.67.
▪️ Revenue per available room increased by +3.9% from 2023 to $108.73.

📌 Among the Top 25 Markets:

Houston reported the highest YOY increases in occupancy and RevPAR.
▪️ Occupancy increased +20.9% to 74.1%.
▪️ RevPAR increased +29.2% to $89.15.

Las Vegas posted the only double-digit increase in ADR of +10.9% to $217.53.

Detroit and San Francisco posted the steepest RevPAR declines.
▪️ Detroit with a decrease of -13.0% to $80.20.
▪️ San Francisco with a decrease of -8.3% to $136.79.

▪️ Occupancy increased by +1.2% from 2023 to 65.2%.
▪️ The average daily rate increased by +0.8% over 2023, to $157.31.
▪️ Revenue per available room increased by +2.0% from 2023 to $102.51.

📌 Among the Top 25 Markets:

New York City reported the highest occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
▪️ Occupancy increased +2.8% to 84.4%.
▪️ ADR increased +2.6% to $298.98.
▪️ RevPAR increased +5.5% to$252.46.

The lowest occupancy for the month was posted by:
▪️ Detroit with 58.9%.
▪️ Minneapolis with 59.3%.

The top 25 markets posted higher ADR and occupancy rates than all the other markets.

▪️ The average daily rate increased by +1.3% over 2023, to $159.97.
▪️ Revenue per available room increased by +0.5% from 2023 to $103.09.

📌 Among the Top 25 Markets:

Seattle reported the largest YOY occupancy increase of +8.1% to 69.4%.

Dallas posted the highest ADR increase of +5.8% to $134.33.

Atlanta and San Francisco posted the steepest RevPAR declines.
▪️ Atlanta with a decrease of -12.7% to $85.87.
▪️ San Francisco with a decrease of -12.5% to $123.02.
