I have voted in every election since turning 18 and always vote on Election Day in person. On election night 2012 with the presidential race still not decided, and I booked a last minute flight to DC to attend the presidential inauguration in January. We weren’t sure if the candidate we had voted for would win but decided to go anyways. One of the coolest experiences ever. I highly recommend you attend one at least once in your lifetime. Watching democracy in action is a beautiful thing! 🇺🇸
