I have previously held key positions in the telecommunications field including VP of Operations for one of the largest cellular companies in North America, Regional President of the largest Paging Company in the US, global director for a multi-national UK based telecom provider as well as key roles in the Enterprise Software industry. On a personal note, my wife Nina is a Chinese National whom I s

pent 4½ years convincing to relocate to the US and marry me. I got the better end of that deal! She is a former executive with a multinational IT company. We have 3 children, Elliott is an Engineering graduate of UCF and he and his wife, Erin, are living and working in Chicago. Yutai is a graduate of UF with a major in Engineering. He is working for MIT Lincoln Labs in Boston while Eric is a graduate of Palm Beach State College majoring in Hospitality and living and working in Orlando. We are the proud owners of 2 dogs, a Westie named Murphy and his best friend, Lola, a Havanese. They keep the house active and try to fill the void the boys left when they went off to school. Cooking, traveling and reading are our true passions. My wife cooks up the best Chinese meals outside of mainland China and I cook up the western food. We alternate cooking but invariably, one of us is almost always left with the cleaning! Area of real estate expertise: Country club, waterfront and gated communities

I have relocated six times during my professional career, so I understand the relocation process as well as the stresses and challenges involved in buying and selling your home. I strive to alleviate those concerns for my clients as much as possible. My experience in the real estate field spans decades as an investor, consultant and sales executive.
