How to apply:
Come by the office to pick up an application.

Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4pm.
Appointments by advanced request some Fridays 8am-12pm

*I am in and out of the office throughout the day. If traveling a distance, give a call before hand to ensure I am available.

What will my rent be?
I do not know. There are many factors taken into account to determine your rent according to HUD guidelines. Rent will be determined during the application process.

Do you accept pets?
Only approved support animals are allowed. You will need a note from a doctor in order to be considered for an ESA animal.

How long is the wait?
There is not way for me to know this. Unless you see a post mentioning immediate openings, just assume 3-6 months.

-Applicants with recent evictions will not be eligible for housing.
-Debt carried from a previous rental property disqualifies you from consideration
-Violent crimes permanently disqualify you from consideration, felonies over 5 years old may be considered if not violent.

3 Bedrooms are all spoken for but you are welcome to come pick up and application which, once returned, will put you on the list as any come available.

We are currently filling a handful of 2 bedroom section 8 units.

There may be one or two available towards the end of month, turning in an application will add you to the list!
