It’s March 1st and it’s time to let you all know that the Thunder Ridge Realty- Ponca City office has a new home!

Our new location is 400 E Central Ave. Suite 201D!

We are now located in the City Central building on the 2nd floor with Ponca City Development Authority, Ponca City Main Street and Survivor Resource Network as some of our neighbors.

We’re not calling this move a downsize, but instead calling it a refocusing… In a day and age where most buyers research and find their next home online, having a 2000sq ft office space that doesn’t get much foot traffic/walk-ins is not the most practical.

So we decided to shift focus to an agent friendly work-space where we (when we are actually in the office because let’s be honest, most of an agent’s work is on the go not behind a chair) can pop in and write up documents and do research.

We also have plenty of comfortable spaces to meet with clients in the atrium area and several conference spaces to choose from when we host lunch and learns.

So with that, welcome to our home away from home!
