Another out of state client, another listing in the books! The owner of this property wasn’t receiving the results she was looking for after listing previously, so….SHE CALLS IN THE BIG GUNS 🤠! After running comps in her area, I saw there were 25 other homes within a half mile that we were competing with! Gooooooooh! With an online refresh and pricing the property more competitively we were able to drive quite a bit of activity, resulting in having this Airbnb under contract in a few weeks! 🏡 From New Mexico to Texas:

Helping my clients secure a condo for their son while he attends Baylor University was tops 🕺🏼!!! What makes this story special to me? Two things: 1) This condo was already under contract. Could have just moved on, but with persistence we were able to work with the seller’s agent and make it happen!

What also made this transaction special is my clients and I have never met in person. Through constant communication via phone calls, texts, video tours, we bridged the gap and secured an updated condo in a well-managed complex for their son and his roommates to hang their hats on for the next several years. Their quick responses and turn-around on getting docs signed was also a huge help. 👏🏻
