We at Lake Home Inspection are truly independent which means we do not solicit Real Estate Agents to get referrals. There is an inherent potential conflict of interest when Real Estate Agents and Home Inspectors get too cozy. One is trying to make the sale and the other is looking for problems with the home to protect his or her client.

We here at Lake Home Inspection have been in business for over 15 years. We are licensed by the state of Oklahoma. We are also trained and certified in Mold & Radon Testing. We found record levels of Radon right here in Ponca City, OK back in 2002 and have found several other places with extremely high levels since that time. Radon testing is always recommend especially if you have HVAC vents in the floor of a slab on grade home or a basement. Mold is an issue also and most people know very little about it. Some molds are very toxic. We do not push these tests it depends on the home, smells, leaks, and so on that can create an environment for mold.

We can travel to any place in Oklahoma depending on the size of the job.

We here at Lake Home Inspection will spend at least 3 - 4 hours in your home going over it with a fine tooth comb, and take digital photos that will be included in a custom report.
