Another big week at 340 S 9th St.

The fireplace is getting its Venetian plaster finish right now.
Tile is in, mantle going up, and we’ll finish it with a high-polish varnish.

Kitchen is almost wrapped up:
✔ Vent hood finished
✔ Backsplash in
✔ Island done

Plumbers are coming in for final trim out.
Staircase finishing next.
Driveway is going in now.

We’re about a week and a half out.

This one is right in Downtown Ponchatoula and will be under $500k.

Old New Orleans houses weren’t built cheap… and we’re not fixing them cheap either.

We finally got our custom windows in and these things are incredible.

Built to match the original period exactly:
• Real weights and sash cords
• Spanish cedar frames
• Brass rollers
• Built to operate exactly like the originals

If we can save something in these houses, we save it.
If we can’t… we replicate it exactly.

Our team is installing the new windows now while also refurbishing some of the originals.

At the same time we’re building a poured-in-place concrete side porch with floating steps, and the roofers are here installing a FORTIFIED roof system.

We’re back to work.
Floors are in.

Because these are our babies.
We’re at month 6, right on track.
But we don’t rush these.
From design, drawings, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry — our team does it ALL.
While still running commercial projects in New Orleans and jobs in Alabama.
These aren’t thrown together.
They’re poured into.
