Finally getting around to catching up on some of this year's wins!

We kicked things off with this beauty- a new build that came with the fridge, washer & dryer, blinds, ceiling fans, shower glass, and even some pretty sweet epoxy in the garage.

My clients came to me wanting to be closer to their kids' schools and a little closer to civilization after country living. Funny enough, this house wasn't even on their radar.

We were originally under contract on a cute, quaint home, and I fought hard through negotiations to make it work. But sometimes the best deal is the one you walk away from. Between inspection issues and an ancient HVAC that looked like it had nine lives left, it just wasn't the right long-term investment.

Instead, we pivoted... and landed here. A brand-new home with a brand-new HVAC and a whole lot less stress. Safe to say, I'd call that an upgrade. So happy this sweet family found a home they'll be able to enjoy for years to come. 🏡🤍
