I helped one family make the move back to Nocatee, all virtually. I was there for every step- showings, inspections, after closing coordination with contractors, etc. And I listed an investment property in St. Augustine, coordinating pre-listing prep to ensure it showed at it’s best and we went under contract in just 2 days!!
