Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸
So grateful to our armed forces—past and present—for protecting our freedoms so we can enjoy days like today. I hope everyone has a fun, safe 4th of July spent celebrating, reflecting, and feeling thankful to call this amazing country home!!

This home has closed, but a beautiful new chapter is just beginning. Family helping family through a meaningful transition as they move closer to the people who matter most. They’re headed to a peaceful, upscale neighborhood made for slowing down and savoring life—bike rides, golf days and pool afternoons. Grateful beyond words for their trust and for the privilege of walking them wholeheartedly into this next season. Cheers to home, connection, and all the memories still to come. 🥂✨

Huge congratulations to my amazing buyers on their brand new, new construction home! 🙌 We’ve been on such a journey together — exploring different areas of town, touring all kinds of properties, and really honing in on what felt just right.
This home is exactly what they need at this moment, and I can’t wait for them (and their pups 🐾) to enjoy that killer backyard! 🌿

Cheers to fresh beginnings, new memories, and the perfect place to call home!

July was a busy one! With over $1 million in sales, I’m so grateful for the amazing clients who trusted me to guide them through buying and selling. Your confidence in me means the world, and I’m honored to be a part of such an important chapter in your lives.

I helped one family make the move back to Nocatee, all virtually. I was there for every step- showings, inspections, after closing coordination with contractors, etc. And I listed an investment property in St. Augustine, coordinating pre-listing prep to ensure it showed at it’s best and we went under contract in just 2 days!!

If you’re thinking about buying or selling, let’s connect! 📲
