America's Choice Title Company, along with our underwriter, Fidelity National Title, is offering a class on the new Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Targeting Order. This new federal law will take effect on March 1, 2026. The virtual class will be on Friday, March 6th from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.

FinCEN requirements will impact how real estate professionals will handle certain real estate transactions. The federal regulations have been created to help combat fraud, money laundering, and illegal activities. You will learn in this class what type of transactions must be reported, what information must be collected, what is defined as a “beneficial owner”, and the penalties for not complying.
