Jenny jointed the Ponte Vedra Beach office of Watson RealtyCorp.in November of 2015 as a broker associate.From 2013 to 2015, Jenny had worked at the Ortega office of Watson Realty Corp. From 2008 - early 2013, Jenny worked under Watson Referral Realty, Inc. to help generate referrals for other sales associates. Jenny held numerous open houses for associates based at the Ortega office. Jenny previously worked at the Fort Caroline and the former Atlantic Blvd. offices.In 2014, Jenny earnedthe CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation and participated in the 2013 Florida Realtor Trade Mission to Germany (Berlin & Leipzig).Jenny is also a member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America)and attended the 2015 Luxury Summit held in Chicago, IL to network with Sales Associates from around the country.Jenny has also worked in various executive assistant/administrative roles in logistics, property management, and building operations/plant facilities settings.Jenny currently holds the position of President of her neighborhood association helping to provide information to neighbors and proactively working with her city council representative, the sheriff's office and other entitites.Jenny grew up in northern Indiana and graduated from Ball State University (Muncie, IN) in 1998. She majored in marketing and minored in French. In 2012, Jenny earned her MBA through Excelsior College online program(based in Albany, NY). Since 1999, Jenny has resided in Jacksonville, FL.Feng Shui is of special interest to Jenny;she participated inJayme Barrett's 2015 Rest and Rejuvenation Retreat for Women whereby a group of 12 womenflew to Tuscany, Italy to learn more about feng shui, practice yoga and network. Yoga has also become an important part of Jenny's life in that the near-daily practice helps alleviate stress, calms her mind and has expanded her network. Jenny loves yoga so much that she enrolled in her Baptiste-style yoga studio's 200-hr. intensive teacher training class to learn how to teach yoga to others.Jenny also actively participates withher alumnae chapter of the social sorority Sigma Sigma Sigma (Northeast Florida Alumnae Chapter) and has served in a variety of leadership positions including secretary, treasurer president and most recentlyshe will be the recruitment chairman. Jenny has always been drawn to learning foreign languages and learning about foreign cultures. Jenny alsohasa lot of experience working with international exchange students from prior volunteer experience, whichincreasedhercultural sensitivity to effectively work with foreign direct investors, immigrants and dual citizenship customers.
