When we started this real estate flip 30 days ago, I had a vision for a low-key backyard “grill & chill” for our Brokers Open. Safe to say, reality blew expectations out of the water! 🍔☀️

I could not be happier with everyone who stopped by, showed up, took pictures, and helped spread the word about this amazing home. 🏡

The real highlight? After watching this project come together all month, all I’ve wanted to do is jump in that pool. So, naturally, we had to do some “quality control testing” 😉 for the future buyers. (Verdict: It’s perfect.)
